Claiming Warranty

All OpenWire products are covered under warranty as per the Warranty Card / Letter provided with the product. Replacement / Repair if any, will be done as per the warranty terms and conditions. In the unlikely event of your device developing a fault, follow the steps below to claim your warranty.

If your device was purchased directly from OpenWire:

  • Call or write an email to our customer care to claim warranty.

If purchased from an authorized distributor or retailer:

  • Reach out to the distributor or retailer from which you purchased the device.
